With a variety of in-shelter and out-of-shelter opportunities, you can contribute in a way that fits your skills, interests, and availability.
Donation Room
Help support shelter operations by sorting, organizing, and caring for donated items.
Duties include washing, drying, folding clothing, sorting donations, and stocking shelves to ensure residents have access to needed items.
Programming
Share your skills and passions by offering recreational, educational, or wellness programs for shelter residents. From art and music to yoga, life skills, and mindfulness, your contributions can foster connection, healing, and personal growth.
Kitchen
Assist with keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and welcoming.
Responsibilities include general cleaning, light food service support, and helping maintain a safe and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
Fundraising
Support our mission by helping with fundraising events, community outreach, donation drives, and special projects. Opportunities vary throughout the year based on upcoming events and organizational needs.
General Volunteer Requirements
