The Central Alberta Women's Emergency Shelter will soon be welcoming families into the final stage of our programming: Affordable Housing.
Located within the same building as the emergency shelter, these suites offer independent living with separate access, while still providing the reassurance that support is always nearby when needed.
Twenty-three suites have been designated for affordable housing. Each apartment includes a full kitchen, bathroom, washer, and dryer, allowing families to live comfortably and independently as they move forward in their journey.
Women with a history of domestic violence—whether they have accessed CAWES services in the past or not—are welcome to apply.
