To help us promote your band and ensure a smooth performance experience, please complete this “About Our Band” form. This information will be used for event planning, stage setup, technical requirements, and promotional materials including social media and event announcements.

Please complete all sections carefully. This helps us make sure you sound your best and get properly introduced on stage.

Please provide a short bio (2-5 sentences) introducing your band. This will be used for stage introductions and promotional materials.

Please list the songs you will be playing during your 15 minute set.

*Changes to the setlist are permitted after your form is submitted, however, you must contact our event team at fundraising@cawes.com regarding the update.

Technical Requirements

Please list all instruments, microphones, and equipment you will need on stage (e.g. vocals, guitars, drum kit setup, keyboard, etc.)

Please include any special technical needs (e.g. backing tracks, specific mic requirements, monitor preferences, etc.)
